501(c)(3) Status Received
Over the weekend we received our tax-exempt status from the IRS. This comes with a bundle of responsibilities (what good thing doesn’t?) but also is a huge step forward in our non-profit existence. Most importantly, 501(c)(3) status means that we are now eligible for many previously inaccessible sources of funding, and that we can now offer donees deductions for their qualifying donations.
